COMPOSITION FIGURES
ITALIAN "PASTA" FIGURES, some 65mm, usually of Carabinieri, Alpini, Bersaglieri etc.
Originally made in the 30's and 40's from sawdust and glue on a wire frame, similar to Elastolin, Hauser etc. Made again in the 1950's and 60's, in early "plastic", only for export to bring in dollars in order to pay off the Italian war reparations, and therefore usually found in the USA
About fifty figures available, foot and mounted of the later variety.
JOHN'S GIRLS
- 75mm Lead Alloy 1970's
My own figures created by my sculptor and named after his wife Janet George, George was her maiden name, he/she became shy of the association and the initials JG then became John's Girls - I'm not shy! Some half dozen each of bondage figures, domination figures, "glamour" figures and hardcore couples. List available to consenting adults.
JUST SOLDIERS
A range of unpainted, unanimated 54mm lead-alloy figures. Cast spread- eagled with a stand and weapons, the figures were original Chas. C. Stadden castings offered at a low price under another name so as not to undercut the very high cost of Stadden figures sold through the Tradition company in London's Piccadilly. An early example of "badge engineering", the same product in a different package with a different name for a different market. There were about a hundred different figures in the range, mainly of the Napoleonic period. The following is a list of figures in stock.
All figures are foot soldiers or dismounted cavalry. All were produced in the early 1970's by Tradition of Piccadilly, soley for my own distribution.
